Wagamama North Greenwich O2

Perfect pre-show spot! The service is efficient even during the O2 rush. My Ramen was fresh and hot. 4 stars because the communal seating gets very loud and cramped when busy, making it less than relaxing, but for a fast, tasty, and reliable meal, you can’t really beat it

We had a great visit to Wagamama at the O2. What is a trip to Wagamama without a spicy plum drink? It was, as always, delicious. We also had tasty bao buns and prawn crackers, which were full of flavour and really hit the spot. Wagamama never disappoints!

Tried the Shu’s Shook Chicken, a chef’s special that’s as vibrant in flavour as it is in presentation. Though the portion size was on the modest side, it struck the right balance between taste and texture. The grilled chicken was tender, seasoned beautifully with warming spices, and paired perfectly with fluffy rice, fresh pickled veggies, and a hit of charred lime for that citrus lift. The toasted coconut flakes added a subtle crunch that rounded it off well. The atmosphere at this branch is lively, with courteous staff and quick service despite a steady crowd. A great stop before or after an event at the O2. Would have appreciated a slightly more generous serving, but overall, a satisfying and flavourful bowl.

I visited this branch on Sunday after watching a show at the o2 with my 7 year old. There was a queue which was to be expected but it went down fairly quickly. My daughter is neurodivergent & has food struggles, Wagamamas is a rare safe restaurant. When we were going to our table a member of staff told us that there were no kids bentos available which caused my daughter to be distressed. Rene, the manager quickly came over to resolve the issue and arranged for my daughter’s meal to be made just not in the typical “bento” way, she was really understanding and kind to my daughter. She sorted the issue quickly and was a great help, I’m really grateful for her service and kindness as my daughter would have not eaten anything else. Thank you Rene!

Rushpa is excellent as a waiter. He was very attentive, ask us a few time discretly if we need anything else. This is a definitelly very professional service. Food as always amazing, portions are big. Definitelly 5* Good job

Very good food and so was the service. We got few recommendations from friends earlier and we ordered same. Both the items we ordered were yummy. Firecracker was spicy but it was the kind of spicy, I like. So enjoyed it. First ordered some nonalcoholic drinks and later ordered cocktails. Everything was great. Loved both food and drinks. Definitely coming back.

Our waiter was Danny was excellent. The restaurant was really busy given it was a concert night and it was so refreshing to see a member of staff so enthusiastic even when it was so busy. Great service and great food.

We are here today after taking my children to hot wheels we had to wait a to get a table but it wasn't too bad. Once seated we chose our food... My boys always get the bento but only like udon which doesn't come with the bento... The staff sorted it so that my children could have udon and it was no bother for them. I think our waiter was called Jared? I'm not 100% sure but he has got to be the nicest waiter we have ever had! So friendly and made us feel so welcome... Honestly what a lovely guy! Wagamamas are lucky to have this guy! Also I think it was the manager who sorted out the udon noodles etc for my children and he was fantastic, thankyou to the staff! Food was lovely as always!
